Julien Blanchard is a lecturer in intellectual property law (Master’s degrees in Business Law and International Business Law at the PARIS-DAUPHINE University).
He is the author of articles in the law review Communication – Commerce Electronique, notably the annual column on infringement-seizure proceedings.
He is a member of the APRAM (association des praticiens du droit des marques et des modèles – association of trade mark and design law practitioners) and of the INTA (International Trademark Association).
