Patrice de CANDE

Avocat (Attorney-at-law) at the Paris Bar since 1986.

Patrice de CANDÉ holds the Certificates of specialization in Intellectual Property Law and Economic Law. He has been Partner at the law firms DEBAIN DUCHARNE MARTEL and then RBM2L, founding Partner of Cabinet LALANNE-MARCHAIS-de CANDÉ in 1997 and founding Partner of Cabinet de CANDÉ & BLANCHARD.

Patrice de CANDÉ is a lecturer in intellectual property law (PARIS-DAUPHINE and LYON Universities) and is a frequent speaker at conferences dedicated to this subject.

He is also the author of numerous publications and a member of the editorial board of the law review “Propriétés Intellectuelles” in which he has been writing the “Dessins et Modèles” (Designs) column since its creation in 2001.

Patrice de CANDÉ works both in French and in English.

He is a member and President of the Design and Model working committee of the APRAM (association des praticiens du droit des marques et des modèles – association of trade mark and design law practitioners) and of the INTA (International Trademark Association).
