Julien BLANCHARD is Avocat (Attorney-at-law) at the Paris Bar since 1998 and has extensive experience gained from sixteen years entirely dedicated to the protection of Intellectual Property rights.
Associate (1998) then Partner (2003) at Cabinet LALANNE-MARCHAIS-CANDÉ, he is founding Partner of Cabinet CANDÉ & BLANCHARD.
Julien BLANCHARD is a lecturer in intellectual property law (Master’s degrees in Business Law and International Business Law) at the PARIS-DAUPHINE University.
He is the author of articles in the law review “Communication – Commerce Electronique”, notably the annual chronicle on infringement-seizure proceedings.
Julien BLANCHARD works both in French and in English.
He is a member of the APRAM (association des praticiens du droit des marques et des modèles – association of trade mark and design law practitioners) and of the INTA (International Trademark Association).
