Claire HERISSAY-DUCAMP holds a Master’s degree in private law from the University of Paris X as well as a post-graduate degree (D.E.S.S.) in Intangible assets management from the University of Paris Est Marne la Vallée. She has also completed a training course in Arbitration at the CMAP (Centre for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris).

She has gained specific experience in litigation in the field of industrial property while working for 14 years at Cabinet M-P ESCANDE, where she has developed extensive expertise in the implementation of anti-counterfeiting judicial means before civil, criminal and Community Courts.

Claire HERISSAY-DUCAMP works both in French and in English.

She is a member of the APRAM (association des praticiens du droit des marques et des modèles – association of trade mark and design law practitioners) and of the INTA (International Trademark Association).
