The three Partners of the firm, Patrice de Candé, Julien Blanchard and Claire Herissay-Ducamp, have numerous years of experience in this field.
They advise and assist French and foreign large-scale Companies, in industries as varied as the luxury industry (textile, leather goods, jewellery, watch-making, cosmetics, etc.), the pharmaceutical, building, insurance, banking and computer industries.
The team intervenes in all proceedings aimed at defending our Clients’ intangible assets (Infringement or Unfair competition actions; Customs or Arbitration proceedings, etc.) with French Courts (Regional Courts, Commercial Courts, Criminal Courts) as well as European Courts (Court of First Instance of the European Communities and Court of Justice of the European Union), and with both the French Office (INPI) and the Community Office (OHIM).
Outside of France, our Law Firm has built up a network of specialized foreign colleagues recognized for their expertise and efficiency.
